             stone & Concrete Breaking Equipment - Micro-Blaster

mb1EZEBREAK is the manufacturer and marketer of the Micro-Blaster ™ product line, a suite of patented rock breaking equipment used by contractors, excavators, and other field workers to enable the efficient removal of boulders, concrete structures, and rock formations. The Micro-Blaster ™ equipment is an affordable, portable, lightweight, and easily operated device that may be used in many instances where much costlier techniques are typically required, resulting in a considerable reduction of cost and time.

The Micro-Blaster ™ product line is an innovative solution to the problem of demolishing large rock or masonry structures. The equipment can be used by public works departments, rural landowners, road crews, landscape contractors, installers of underground water, electric, gas, or sewer lines, and National Park and Forest Service employees engaged in back country trail building and maintenance as well as personnel involved in rescue. New customers include people involved in Geology, Mineralogy, Paleontology, Mineral Exploration, Lapidary and other related subjects.

MICRO-BLASTER I

The MICRO-BLASTER I is a compact and affordable demolition system utilizing a fast burning proprietary gas producing cartridge to crack rock and masonry.

Operated remotely with a 25-foot pull cord, the MICRO-BLASTER I is safe and easy to use. Because of its low energy output, this system is usable in almost any environment. Requiring only a 5/16 inch diameter hole, 9 inches deep, the system can be employed without the need of expensive large hole drilling systems.

Assembled using hardened tool steel components, the MICRO-BLASTER I provides many years of trouble-free use and is easily serviced in the field with common hand tools.

Packaged in a durable and compact molded case (13.5 in.W x 10 in.D x 3.5 in. H), the MICRO-BLASTER Kit comes complete with a Micro-Blaster, hole blower, hex key, bull pins (for wedging apart cracked rock), release cord assembly and manual.

MICRO-BLASTER II

The Micro-Blaster II is a safe and economical system for the cracking of rock and masonry. Based on propellant technology, special blasting licenses are not required. The small size of the system allows it to be used in almost any location.

Capable of breaking rock or masonry of almost any size by successive blasts, the Micro-Blaster II does its job with almost no fly-rock, which can be completely eliminated with the use of light mats.

Pneumatically triggered from a 25 ft. distance, the system can be configured to allow multiple simultaneous shots using a variety of pressure sources including CO2 and compressed air.

The Micro-Blaster II is available in two versions, a single head kit as well as a triple head kit for larger projects.

Requiring only a 5/16 inch hole, 10 inches deep, the system allows the use of inexpensive drilling equipment, often a major capital expense for demolition work.

Designed for many years of trouble-free performance, the kit weights only 10 lbs.

The durable molded case measures 15" x 12" x 6" and contains the Micro-Blaster II, a bore brush and bulb blower (for cleaning drilled holes), 2 tapered pins (for wedging apart cracked material), a CO2 bicycle inflator (for pressurizing the system), and instructions for safe use.

Micro-Blaster is reliable, easy to use and safe. The best feature of this amazing product is that it SAVES TIME AND MONEY. Call 888-497-9970
