 granite Countertops illumination

New technology uses illumination to turn granite into glowing gems.

Brighton, CO (PRWEB) December 8, 2004 – Marvin Neer, creator, inventor and illumination expert, is the first and only in the world to unlock the secrets of granite illumination. With just a flip of a switch, he can turn granite into the most spectacular, iridescent display ever seen.

It was not that kind of accident; no one got hurt,” explains Mr. Neer. Nature has a way of creating the most vibrant colors ever seen, many of which cannot be reproduced by man. Im just giving the stone a chance to show off the beauty its had the whole time.”

Mr. Neers new discovery enables granite to be illuminated from the inside out, outside in or both ways at once. This technique can make granite glow a brilliant, hot orange color, resembling hot molten lava running through the granite. In addition, he has created a number of other astounding looks, including illuminating large surface areas of granite to look like the most expensive opals in the world.

With Mr. Neers granite illumination technology, the granite becomes three dimensional, allowing views into the granite, rather than just the surface reflections. One of the things he is most proud of is his ability to create the astounding looks both day and night. Personally, I like the ghostly iridescent blues and greens that appear when you walk around a kitchen island that has been illuminated,” says Mr. Neer. As I have created this look in an astounding 360 degrees, it doesnt matter where you are standing in order to view it.”

This extraordinary new development will lend itself to a variety of applications, including Fine Arts, Residential and Commercial Projects. Im looking forward to working with the top architects, interior designers, artists and galleries around the world, but especially with the homeowner whos looking for that one special look.”

Now that Marvin Neer has highly refined the granite illumination process, he is currently working with laser light and crystal illumination, which is destined to become groundbreaking in the very near future.
